Subscription Cancellation Steps

Cancel your LemonSqueezy subscription easily through the customer portal. Follow these simple steps to stop recurring payments and maintain control over your subscriptions.

1 Access My Orders Page

Navigate to the My Orders section where you can view all your purchases and subscriptions. If you are not signed in, please follow Step 2.If you are already signed in, continue to Step 3.

Email Sign In

2 Sign In with Email

Enter your email address to receive a secure sign-in link. LemonSqueezy will send you a magic link to access your account and view past orders.

3 View Your Orders & Subscriptions

Once signed in, you'll see your order history with active subscriptions clearly marked. Look for the "Manage Subscription" button next to your active subscription to proceed with cancellation.

4 Open Subscription Details

In the subscription details modal, you'll see your current plan information, renewal date, and billing details. Click the "Cancel subscription" button to initiate the cancellation process.

5 Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation popup will appear asking "Are you sure?" with important information about what happens next. Click "Cancel Subscription" to confirm, or "Cancel" to keep your subscription active.

6 Receive Confirmation Email

After successfully cancelling, you'll receive a confirmation email stating "Your subscription has been cancelled" along with details about your cancelled subscription and support options if needed.

Important Notes:

  • Access Period: You'll continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you won't be charged for future billing cycles.
  • License Expiry: Any associated licenses will expire at the end of the billing period.
